MY Psychology was founded in 2014 with the vision of increasing awareness of psychology and mental health in the Malaysian community. Being the pioneer in producing social media content about mental health, MY Psychology has established a psychological centre based in Kuala Lumpur in 2019, providing quality psychotherapy services for the community and mental health talks for corporate organizations.
